What we believe
No animal should lose its life because help took too long to find.
This is what we believe.
Because in an emergency, time is never just a number.
Sometimes a few minutes decide whether a heart keeps beating.
Sometimes a few minutes change a family forever.
And sometimes…
A few minutes decide whether you make it home together.
Everything changed in a matter of minutes.
That day, nothing went the way we planned. We only wanted to breathe in the wild.
Loki was by my side. My closest friend.
Everything was calm.
Then came a cry.
Loki collapsed in pain.
Within minutes, it grew worse.
He couldn't walk. He could barely breathe.
I reached for my phone.
I called the nearest vet. It was closed. I called the next one. Then another.
Time kept slipping away. And I could think of only one thing.
Why was help so far away?
That question is exactly where PatiSOS was born.
Not an app. A promise.
That day, we made ourselves a promise.
Never again should a pet owner be left alone while searching for help for the one they love.
No one should have to guess which clinic is open, in the middle of panic.
No one should lose precious minutes to endless searches.
And no family should face an irreversible loss simply because the right information came too late.
PatiSOS exists to keep that promise.
How do we measure success?
For us, success is not the number of downloads.
A vet reached in time.
A family guided the right way.
A friend reunited with the ones who love them.
If one day, somewhere in the world, an animal survives simply because the right information arrived a few minutes sooner… that is the day PatiSOS will have fulfilled its purpose.
We have a dream for the future
One day, wherever they are in the world, a pet owner reaching for their phone in panic won't have to wonder what to do.
